Athanasia Pappa was born in Athens in 1977.
She graduated, complezng her circular studies from E.P.L. Piraeus as a Technological Engineer.
A}erwards, he studied Marizme Business and aended the Public Merchant Marine School. Conznuously with his studies, he works as the secretary of the Deputy Mayor and then the Mayor in the Municipality of Piraeus. Upon graduazng, he immediately undertakes sea service.
Since January 2015, she has been the president of the Hellenic Anzrheumazc Associazon (EL.E.A.N.A.), serving her fourth term and taking part in numerous conferences and workshops, both in Greece and abroad, represenzng ELEANA as a speaker , in order to raise awareness, educate and properly inform the general populazon and health professionals about rheumazc diseases and their effects.
Founding member of the Hellenic Menopause Society since 2019, of which he is president. A graduate of the School of Public and Community Health of PADA, she is a Health Visitor and works as a Social Work Director at the Dimitrios and Blanche Lampropoulou Charitable Foundazon.
At the age of 7 she was diagnosed with JIA (Juvenile Idiopathic Arthrizs). Influenced by her chronic coexistence with a rheumazc disease, she writes the experienzal manual for children enztled "My friend NIA.RA.", which won the 1st prize at the internazonal conference of EULARPARE 2022 in Brussels.
